Mr. Excellent Sports is a fast-growing provider of year-round youth sports programs and camps across the GTA; mainly basketball, soccer, volleyball, skateboarding and hockey. Through our programs, numerous young athletes have had the opportunity to experience the joy of athletics. We believe sports have the unique ability to positively affect young people and make a difference in our community.
Our company was founded in 2007 by Herold Excellent with the purpose of using Sports to “Change our World”. Driven by his passion for sports, he researched the youth and adult amateur sports market and saw numerous flaws in the way sports programs were being operated and wanted to help remedy the situation. Since then, Mr. Excellent Sports is building a reputation for delivering Joy and Excitement to young players of all ages by professionally organizing quality, positive and safe instructional sports programs, tournaments, camps, leagues and special sporting events. It is our goal to raise the bar on youth sports!
We understand youth sports are not just about the participants; we strive to offer parents a positive experience by delivering unmatched customer service and professionalism. Finally, we believe in operating a sports organization that is making a real impact by supporting various charitable causes and teaching young people critical life lessons through sports.

A critical part of the Mr. Excellent Sports’ programs & camps is our superior and devoted coaching. Our staff is trained to focus on skill building and participant safety. In order to make Mr. Excellent sports the best athletic provider in the city, Coaches must try-out for their role. We only recruit highly motivated individuals who demonstrate an exceptional ability to communicate well with children. They must be well organized, willing to teach, encourage and challenge participants. Each coach must also successfully pass a criminal background investigation
